When I double click a workbook file to open Excel, I cannot see the classic menus.
This is not a problem with software but with Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2010. When users double click a workbook file to open Excel, Excel frequently does not load any add-ins. To fix this, you can close Excel and then double click the file again. Sometimes Excel loads the add-ins after 1-2 trials.
If you are using Office 2010, we recommend that you install Office 2010 SP1, which does not give rise to this problem.
