The pop-up window said my license code is invalid. What should I do?
No need to worry! In most cases, this problem is caused by one of following:
- The Classic Menu for Office 2010 suite installed by the user does not match the suite purchased by the user.
- User has installed 6.x or a later version of Classic Menu for Office 2007, but without obtaining the new license code.
- User has not entered "-1" as the part of license name.
- User has not entered the correct license code.
The Classic Menu for Office 2010 suite installed by the user does not match the suite purchased by the user
We have released more than 20 Classic Menu suites, programs, and other software for Office 2007 and 2010. If user installs a program that he or she has not purchased, the license information will be invalid. For example, a user who has purchased Classic Menu for Office Professional 2010 cannot use the license information to install Classic Menu for Office Professional Plus 2010.
How can I determine which suite is installed?
Open the About tab in Classic Menu Manager by following these instructions.
Click "Start" >> "All Programs" >> "Classic Menu for Office 2010" >> "Classic Menu Manager". Then select the "About" tab. This will show you the suite name, version number, and whether the software is 32-bit or 64-bit edition.
