Where is Reply in Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2013

• If you have Classic Menu for Outlook 2010 and 2013 installed
• If you have not Classic Menu for Outlook installed

When the email account is well configured, it is easy to reply to the mail you received. Some users will complain that they cannot find out the reply button in the new ribbon interface, for there are so many differences between the Outlook 2003 and 2010/2013/2016/2019 interface. This article provides two options, guiding you to get the reply button clearly.

If you have Classic Menu for Outlook installed, you can…

Just take Microsoft Outlook 2010 for example, which is as well as in Outlook 2013. With Classic Menu for Outlook installed, you can click Menus tab to get back the classic style interface.

On Menus tab, get the familiar Reply button in the toolbars. As the following figure shows, you can just click the button I emphasize with red box to reply the mail.

• Click Home Tab

• Move to Respond group

• Get the Reply button easily
