Easy to find out the Forms Toolbar and Combo Box if you have Classic Menu
If you have installed Classic Menu for Office on your computer, you can find out most features and commands staying in the same place as those in Office 2003. You can easily find out the Forms Toolbar and Combo Box from classic menus:
- Click the Tools drop down menu under Menus tab;
- Click the Controls item;
- Click the Insert item;
- Then you will view the Form Controls buttons, that’s original Forms Toolbar.
Under the Form Controls, the second button is Combo Box command.

More Classic Menu for Office...
If you do not have Classic Menu
In Microsoft Excel 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 Ribbon, it is hard to find out the Forms Toolbar and Combo Box commands. That’s because it is moved into Developer tab, which is not in Ribbon:

- Go to the Control group;
- Then you will view Insert button. Click it, and you will view the Form Controls buttons, that’s original Forms Toolbar in Excel 2003.
The second button under Form Controls is Combo Box command.
